Regrettably, this year’s Rotary SeaWalk Run is cancelled!
We wish to take this opportunity to thank our wonderful participants, volunteers, sponsors and partners for your support in raising close to $100.000 in total – which thanks to YOUR generosity and Rotary has been contributed without any administrative costs to deserving charities like the Lions Gate Hospital, Canuck Place and Rotary youth projects.
We are a small Rotary club and the organization of such a large event has proven to be too heavy a burden resting on too few shoulders. It is our hope that friends of this fun and unique community event will see an opportunity to take over a great fundraiser and resolve to keep the SeaWalk Run going for many years to come.
We are prepared to offer any interested community-group of 20+ dedicated core people our support, concept, documentation incl contacts and any other assistance we can provide.
